It's terrible to put children through any kinds of separation. Understand all break ups are hard to accept. The moment parents work together to admit marriage is over is Normally the toughest part. Each parent should understand they should agree what's best and fair for a child's development to develop healthy during this period. You should not aggravate one another or fight while proceedings are going on. Instead use this time to work on yourself to become the best version of yourself for the children ✨️ and calmly communicate shared times ⏲️ and avoid worrying what the other parent may be saying about you. At this moment I am waiting on a ruling from my final trial. I do not know the outcome, but I am glad I had/have Robert Boyette as a lawyer. When you hire a lawyer you've decided to fight, and you pray that your lawyer can be brutal enough to push for what you're hoping to achieve. You don't think about all of the other stuff, especially if you've never hired one before. Well as it turns out, lawyers have to think 150,000 steps ahead, after taking in "your bigger picture" and retain a stance to cover of all bases, in front of a whole network of other people who have to think the same exact way. Mr Boyette is smart. He thinks ahead. He makes you feel comfortable, and he checks up on you when you need to be checked up on. He's fair in his explanations to the client of what to realistically expect. He has shown me that there are a lot of human qualities that are important in and out of court, that sometimes is easy to forget about when you're trying to fight for your family. He has a great sense of humor and an assistant that is out of this world as well. Truth, facts and evidence are what are essential in a court case. I can testify that it is absolutely true that Mr Boyette and his team were the right choice for me, and my family. It is a fact that during trial, I could not have had a better human being to help me through the stress and weight of it all.
